Standard Bookings:
Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to check-in: No cancellation fee. A full refund will be provided.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: 50% of the total booking cost will be charged.
No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged.
Non-Refundable or Promotional Rates:
Bookings made under non-refundable rates or special promotions cannot be cancelled or modified. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations.
Group or Event Bookings:
For group reservations or special events, please refer to the specific terms provided at the time of booking or contact us directly for detailed policies.
We recommend contacting our reservations team for any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to avoid fees. Special exceptions may apply for unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
